Why Contact Us

Grow a Garden 2 Online is a small fan-run project that curates free browser games and writes walkthroughs. We do not develop or modify the games we embed — every title remains the property of its respective developer and publisher. That means most of what you might want to flag falls into one of three buckets, each with its own preferred channel:

• Site issues — broken embed, outdated guide, broken link, typo, or a specific game that no longer loads. These are the highest priority and we usually fix them within a week.
• Game suggestions — a free browser game you think we should add. We evaluate every submission against our editorial criteria (see the “How We Curate Games” section on the About page) and add the strongest fits to the New category.
• Business and partnership inquiries — publishers who want a game added or removed, sponsored placement requests, and similar. These go to the same address but are read on a different schedule.

Response Time

We aim to respond to every message within 2–5 business days. Some categories resolve faster:

• Broken game reports — typically acknowledged within 24 hours and fixed within a week. We triage by traffic impact: a broken page on the homepage is fixed before a broken page in the New category.
• Game submissions from publishers — initial reply within 3 business days; full evaluation within 2 weeks. We will tell you whether we plan to add the title even when the answer is no.
• Privacy and data-rights requests (GDPR, CCPA, COPPA) — please use the dedicated flow on the Privacy Policy page rather than the contact form. This routes the request to the right person and gets you a faster answer.
• General feedback — within 2–5 business days, depending on volume.

What to Include

To get the fastest, most useful reply, include the following in your message. Messages missing this context typically take one extra round-trip to resolve.

• The exact URL where the issue occurs. For game-specific bugs this is the game's page (e.g. growagarden2.dev/grow-a-garden-2); for site-wide issues it is the homepage or affected category page.
• Browser, device, and OS — e.g. Chrome 126 on Windows 11, Safari on iOS 18, Firefox on Android 14. Embed compatibility varies by browser engine and we use this to reproduce.
• What you expected to happen and what actually happened — a one-sentence before / after is enough. Screenshots are very welcome but not required.
• For game submissions — the game's official URL, the publisher's name, and a sentence on why it fits our editorial criteria.
• For removal requests — your relationship to the game (developer, publisher, rights holder, or authorized representative) and the URL of the page on our site you would like removed.

Partnership Inquiries

We accept sponsored placements from publishers whose games meet our editorial criteria. Sponsored titles are clearly labeled on the game's page so visitors can distinguish them from organic picks. We do not accept payment in exchange for a positive review, and we do not lower our standards for sponsored games — if a title does not pass the same review as any other submission, we will not add it regardless of the business relationship.

If you are a publisher interested in adding a game, please include the game's URL, a short description, your preferred launch window, and the audience you expect to bring to the site. We typically reply to partnership inquiries within a week. Note that we do not run banner exchange programs, paid review placements, or paid-traffic deals — those offers will be declined without a detailed reply.

Privacy and Data Rights

For GDPR (EEA), CCPA / CPRA (California), and COPPA (children's privacy) requests — including data access, deletion, opt-out of sale or sharing, and parental consent withdrawal — please use the dedicated flow described in the Privacy Policy. Routing those requests through the dedicated flow lets us verify identity and respond within the regulatory window (typically 30 days for GDPR, 45 days for CCPA).
